3. Quotes and Booking

  • Quote Requests: All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Inaccurate or incomplete details may affect pricing and service availability.

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a written agreement is provided, and any required deposit is received.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Payment terms will be outlined in your agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Accessibility: Make sure pick-up and delivery locations are accessible for transport equipment. Notify us in advance of any special conditions.

  • Professional Service: Atom Corp commits to providing reliable, professional, and timely services.

  • Communication: We will keep you informed about the status of your shipment and notify you of any delays or issues.

  • Insurance Coverage: Your vehicle is covered under our cargo insurance policy for damage occurring during transport.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Delays: Atom Corp is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Damage: Atom Corp’s liability for vehicle damage is limited to the amount covered by our cargo insurance policy. Pre-existing conditions or damage caused by prohibited items are not covered.

9. Prohibited Items

  • Clients are prohibited from placing the following items in vehicles during transport:

  • Hazardous materials or substances.

  • Illegal items or contraband.

  • Firearms or explosives.

  • Atom Corp is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
